Hi, my name is Shauna. I am a Christian woman of not two but three beautiful children. I recently married the love of my life on June 30th of this year. I like to believe that I attracted him into my life by focusing on the things I wanted in a husband. Let me tell you he is everything I wanted and more. I didn’t know you could love someone so much. When someone makes you want to be a better person then you know they are the right one.
My daughter is 19, she will be 20 this coming October, I feel so old but actually, I am only 37. I had her at a young age; I was A Mom at 17. My step daughter is 12 and I just love her to pieces. I couldn’t ask for a better kid. My son was born when I was 29 and I nearly lost my life giving birth to him. Actually, it was right after he was born. I had lost 7 liters, yes you read that right and no I am not exaggerating, I lost 7 liters of blood. They had to do an emergency hysterectomy and I spent the next 3 – 4 days in ICU two of which I was on life support. My son was a week old before we left the hospital.
That was the biggest wake-up call of my life. I had been raised in church and was saved young but I fell away from God and got involved with the wrong crowd. When I nearly died I made the decision I wanted to be close to God and Jesus Christ first in my life. I would like to tell you it was all rosy from there on but that would be a big fat lie. I struggled and I struggled hard.
To make a long story short the day I made the decision to change my life is the day things began to change. It didn’t happen over night but it did happen. As time went on and I began reading books about self-improvement and faith related books I knew I was destined to be someone. Someone who helps others get where they want to be.
I learned the hard way how to get where I wanted to be but I did it and I can teach you how to do it the right way and in way less time. Inspiring others and encouraging them, you, to go after your God-Given Dream makes my heart sing. It puts a smile on my face. I know that every person I help is one more person that will make this a better world.
My biggest goal is to visit Uganda next year and speak to children who are orphans. There is a charity over there ran by a woman who put her heart and soul into those children’s’ well being. We can do great things in this world one step at a time we just have to take the first step. If you’re ready for a change, check out my upcoming training.
