Daily Gratitude Habits That Will Attract More Joy and Abundance Into Your Life

Daily Gratitude Habits That will attract more joy and abundance into your life. By simply using these few techniques that I am about to reveal to you will help you to attract more of the things you want.

One of my favorite sayings is by Zig Ziglar:

You can have anything you want in life if you just help enough other people get what they want.

Do you know what people want? I know the most wanted thing by people is Love and Appreciation. Now, how simple are those two things? Apparently not very simple at all else they wouldn’t be so desired.

Here is a quote from Oprah Winfrey:

Be thankful for what you have; you’ll end up having more. If you concentrate on what you don’t have, you will never, ever have enough.

I think one of the reasons our world lacks appreciation and love is because we have become immune to focusing on what we don’t want which only brings us more of what don’t want. Wen we get more of we don’t want it, therefore is much easier to Not appreciate others. And how can we possibly love others if we are jealous?

Daily Gratitude Habits

  1. Write down or say aloud things you are Grateful for and have Gratitude for. No matter how silly you think it is or how small just have Gratitude for it. Example: Every morning I wake up and I give God-Gratitude for waking me up and allowing me to be healthy.
  2. Appreciate at least 3 people every day. Whether it’s giving a simple compliment or paying for someone’s lunch.What if someone lets you over on the interstate? Make sure you wave… show your appreciation.
  3. Appreciate the smallest things even the things you take for granite. Example every time I get into my car I show Gratitude for it. I thank God. I show gratitude for my work, for my income, even the clothes I wear. Do you have a cell phone? Show Gratitude for it.
  4. Show Gratitude for yourself yes yourself! Did you not eat that donut this morning? Did you wake up early to read your Bible or go for a run? Did you help a co-worker today? Show Gratitude for your accomplishments.
